Rachel supports several of Heeter’s largest clients, many of which have major kitting components to their projects.
One of Rachel’s largest projects as a new CSR was overseeing a massive project that featured thousands of items and 48 distinct kits. The multi-month experience taught her the importance of being organized and she became a wizard of spreadsheets.
Rachel is a graduate of Indiana University (Bloomington, IN). She joined her uncle Jason Restivo at Heeter upon graduation.
Rachel’s father Chris (Jason’s brother) is a University of Michigan graduate, a Big 10 rival to Indiana. Rachel and her father have a tradition of attending Michigan and Indiana football games in the fall.
Rachel also loves to paint with acrylics on canvas.
