Accounting Clerk

JOB PURPOSE and FUNCTION

The Accounting Clerk will create and maintain accurate and timely accounting transactions and records.

SPECIFIC DUTIES: 

  • Accounts Payable Responsibilities:
    • Process supplier invoices to include, but not limited to:
      • Match to Purchase Orders
      • Obtain other approvals
      • Assign GL coding
    • Perform Purchase Order Reconciling process
    • Credit Card spending statement processing
    • Weekly bill payment processing
    • Daily ACH disbursement processing

  • Accounts Receivable Responsibilities:
    • Support the customer billing processes

Production Coordinator

JOB PURPOSE and FUNCTION:

Primary liaison for the operation side of the client relationship for fulfillment activities including: escalation, oversight of client projects and implementations, execution of account plan activities and building and maintaining relationships with client contacts.

 SPECIFIC DUTIES:

  • Serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external clients to resolve outstanding fulfillment issues, comply with customer requests and respond to client inquiries
  • Coordinates data collection from the clients to properly identify and compile accurate information detailing customer specifications and communicate the data to the production departments.  Will follow up by maintaining contact with the customer to assure production meets expectations.
  • Inspects proofs and coordinates delivery and receipt to and from the customer using couriers or the Account Executive.  Signs off and Okays proofs when necessary to assist the Account Executive and/or client.
  • Monitors fulfillment processes to see that the customer’s order is being produced on schedule and according to specifications.  Communicates any concerns and changes and seeks solutions to problems with Department Managers, Account Executives, and customers.
  • Handles various components of monthly billing cycle
  • Drive and champion new technologies, collaborations, and improved processes to define, leverage and implement best standard work practices
  • Monitors inventory levels and expiration dates of products (where applicable)
  • Performs back up for other internal roles and other related duties as necessary

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS            

  • Demonstrate the ability to work through customer needs and production issues through the use of analytical thinking, problem solving and expectations management.  Must demonstrate the ability to communicate professional in writing and phone.
  • Knowledge of the overall printing production process desired.

Press Operator

JOB PURPOSE and FUNCTION: 

Press Operator is responsible for running press machines at top quality and speed to ensure efficient operations that meet or exceed customer requirements and quality standards.  To meet this level of role must demonstrate senior level experience within the work environment.

The position

  • Directs and coordinates the activities of the press crew to support operational excellence
  • Monitors product quality while minimizing waste and rework.
  • Is responsible for equipment maintenance.

SPECIFIC DUTIES: 

  • Performs minor repairs and also all press maintenance that needs to be done on the machine including water, roller, weekly, monthly and also housekeeping of the machine.
  • Troubleshoots and corrects problems in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Coordinates Operator and Helper roles to maintain schedule and plan for daily and weekly production needs.
  • Effectively communicates the status of jobs and machines at shift-change.
  • Cross trains on all equipment in the department.
  • Maintains and records daily clean up and housekeeping of equipment and general area.

Order Picker

Function:

Efficiently pick customer orders for shipment, ensuring that the correct number and type of product is loaded and shipped. Carry or transport orders to shipping locations or delivery platforms with material handling equipment.

Duties: 

  • Safely and efficiently operate cherry picker forklift to responsibly move/ relocate materials within the warehouse
  • Perform general physical activities in order to load, unload, sort and move products and materials by hand or using basic material handling equipment

JOB PURPOSE and FUNCTION

Set up, operate and maintain various digital Bindery equipment including cutter, folder, shrink wrapper, UV coater, stitcher, padder etc. Produce a quality controlled product. Perform operator maintenance. Maintain a clean work area.

SPECIFIC DUTIES

  • Follow schedule and instructions from department manager and shift supervisor. Read and follow instructions on job ticket. Correctly label finished product with the job number, form number, etc. Clearly mark all make ready and samples.
  • Conduct regular and special maintenance on equipment to achieve maximum machine performance based on equipment specifications and acquired knowledge of machine operations.
  • Troubleshoots and corrects problems in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintains and records daily clean up and housekeeping of equipment and general area.
  • Other duties as assigned and may consist of assisting a peer department, to include but not limited to, assisting in the following departments: mailing, and specialty finishing.

Digital Print Operator

JOB PURPOSE and FUNCTION

Set up, operate and maintain various digital printing equipment. Produce a quality controlled product. Perform operator maintenance and work with phone support to troubleshoot issues. Maintain a clean work area. Monitor supply levels and assist with consumable orders.

  • Correctly label finished product with the job number, form number, etc. Clearly mark all make ready and samples.
  • Conduct regular and special maintenance on equipment to achieve maximum machine performance based on equipment specifications and acquired knowledge of machine operations.
  • Monitor consumable supply and report to person responsible for placing orders.

Customer Service Coordinator/Administrative Clerk

 JOB PURPOSE and FUNCTION: 

The Customer Support Coordinator performs multiple roles in support of several areas of the business.

SPECIFIC DUTIES: 

In support of the Customer Service team:

  • Prepare, validate and distribute weekly and monthly reports.
  • Perform invoicing of House Account jobs (includes running reports, validating accuracy and completeness of costing detail).
  • Maintain and publish the Customer Service team schedule.
  • Prepare job jackets on behalf of off-site CSRs to put to production.
  • Perform daily distribution of job jackets to respective CSRs.
  • Perform daily tasks associated with offsite facility (receiving and distributing inter-company documents, printing job tickets, etc.).
  • Update SOPs as needed (with directions from CSM).
  • Maintenance of Teams Sharepoint site.

In support of the IT team:

  • Perform item and user maintenance of customers’ Digital Store Front sites.
  • Support basic troubleshooting for automation customers.
  • Perform data entry into various systems.
  • Generate reports and validate data.
  • Answer basic customer inquiries about storefronts and reporting (how-to).

In support of the administrative team:

  • Assist the accounting team performing administrative tasks as needed.
  • Completes a variety of administrative duties supporting the organization.
