Lawrence Maiello is Chief Counsel for Heeter.

Lawrence serves as general counsel to mid-sized businesses and provides counsel regarding personnel matters, financing and real estate.

He leads his firm’s business transaction group which regular assists businesses with both strategic acquisitions and sales.

Mr. Maiello is also a keynote speaker at the Small Business Development Center at the University of Pittsburgh where he offers strategies to help strengthen and grow businesses.
