Kayla Frost

Senior VP of Operations

Kayla Frost joined Heeter in 2013 after earning her master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Mercyhurst University.

Since then, she has grown with the organization, holding roles across fulfillment, account management, and technology, with a knack for process. Today, Kayla is responsible for overseeing company operations. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Communication and Media Studies from Penn State Behrend, where she also played collegiate soccer.
